How to Register

Review the registration list below to see if your team has already been registered. If your team is NOT listed, click on "Register a New Team" and fill out the registration form. Consult your team captain for the email address used to register your team if need be.

Please make sure all details are completed, be sure to check boxes where applicable such as Club Member / Non Club Member, Visiting Team etc. Even if you have used WP tournament manager before as there is extra information to complete.

Juniors that are 16 years old on or after the 26 September 2023 need to be entered as a senior for the event. 

Refunds will incur a $25 processing fee up until 01/09/2023 due to changes with our payment provider's refund policy.  After 01/09/2023 no refunds will be given as costs for participation of the entrant at the event will have been paid.
